We do not have additional information at this time. ANALYSIS: This situation is highly fluid as details continue to emerge.  When they make this move to Pandemic Phase 5 it is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent and that the time to finalize the organization, communication, and implementation of the planned mitigation measures is short.   World Health Organization director-general Dr. Margaret Chan raised the pandemic threat awareness level to 5, meaning the world is at imminent risk of a pandemic from H1N1 swine flu.
